Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementation of Experian products, from kick-off through transition.

You will:

  • Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
  • Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio
  • Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to use them within several types of client settings
  • Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workfl

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of front-end healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • 2+ years' project management experience. Knowledge of project management processes and documentation
  • Knowledge of Experian Health products and operations
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
  • Travel 25% - 50%
  • HFMA Certification
