Job Description
The Commercial Assurance Team performs an important role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.
What you'll do?
- Create billing invoicing that is in consideration of the terms of client contracts;
- Ensure accurate being information is provided to Service & Billing for update of the billing system following the needs for each specific task;
- Ensure Commercial Assurance Team Database is kept up to date with contract changes, new client agreements and expired accounts through standardized process;
- Amend existing invoicing schedules following changes to contractual agreements;
- Provide detailed and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting following management needs;
- Work with teams in resolving billing and revenue related issues;
- Create process documentation;
- Complete daily actives and ad-hoc tasks assigned required for the successful team performance and completion of team plan.
Qualifications
What you'll bring?
- Excellent Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets);
- Excellent numerical skills;
- Experience working with deadlines;
- Experience investigating and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes;
- Fluency in English.
