Job Description
Experian India is looking for a Data Expert join our Credit Bureau Data Team.
3 or more years of experience in data-based & operations role
- Must have moderation of English communication skills
- Must have Experience researching and generating leads with numerical and data solving skills
- Understanding of data, data structures and their value regarding use for analysis, marketing, and CRM
- Decent understanding and hands-on of statistical modelling/data analysis tools especially Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL essentials and market trends (Python would be an added advantage)
- Your work also involves maintaining a database of Credentials and renewal dates, confirming that the authenticity and validity is maintained. Should also be Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and support recredentialing.
- Are experienced enough to respond to queries, stay up-to-date on credentialing requirements, and facilitate communication to resolve compliance issues
- As the Data Owner for Credit Market Insights products and delivery, you will be the single contact for customised reports.
- Analyse credit data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop reports and visualisations to communicate findings to partners.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
What you'll do (Job responsibilities for this role)
- We are looking for you to ensure data accuracy & ensure the quality of the data extracted that needs to be analyzed
- Managing increasing escalations from clients on data gaps and time to time determine the extent of gaps
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in credit data analysis or related field
- Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations
- Experience with data visualisation and communication tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Work with the technology team, Analytics team & our client
- Guide automation projects to automate existing data delivery process
- You perform tasks to analyze the data, safeguard our data quality and interpret the data in the right way
- You'll play an important role to Engage with Business/Technical Consultants and delivery teams so that there is a shared understanding
- You will Use analysis and customer insights to develop value propositions for customers
- Deliver high quality analytical and value-added services for the clients while following timelines as promised to the client.
