Global Resilience Centre of Excellence (CoE):
- A 2LOD team ensuring resilience practices align with Global and Regional Industry practices.
- Drives change, improvements, and efficiency across resiliency activities.
- Maintains all Global Resilience Policies, Standards, and Frameworks.
Analyst Role Responsibilities:
- Central point across the Group Business Resilience office function.
- Responsible for Global Critical Supplier RSQ standard reviews (support for all regions).
- Review RSQs for critical suppliers to Experian relating to DR and BC.
- Escalate adverse responses to resiliency questions to SMEs in ROCs for additional review/support.
- Support the critical controls programme and ongoing assurance activities.
- Ensure documentation is maintained for RSQ process and Due Diligence procedures.
- Regularly review issues related to outstanding DD requests.
- Support the Compliance and projects team with administrative tasks, particularly in updating policies and standards.
- Support the administration of Fusion.
- Support compliance monitoring activities.

- Help to embed industry standard resilience disciplines and practices (tech, cyber, operations).
- Support key resilience compliance monitoring activities such as; o RSQ and Due Diligence o Fusion admin o Resilience compliance monitoring (BC / DR / Back Ups)
- Strong resilience practices embedded with clear evidence that there is an effective and robust holistic service recovery and response in place.
- Insightful data and reporting produced to support how resilience practices are being embedded.
