Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, the Strategic Partnerships Manager is a critical member of the Strategic Partnerships team, dedicated to the operational management and enablement of our key partnerships. You will have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and have a demonstrated history of accelerating growth through successful partnerships.

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with reseller and channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, opportunities for growth, and mutual goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our teams to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial intake through fulfillment and post-sales support.
  • Evaluate and review partner-submitted deals to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Manage the deal registration process, ensuring that all deals are recorded and tracked.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to assess deal structures and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking of all registered deals, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop co-branded marketing campaigns and sales plans.
  • Monitor and report on the success of GTM activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Contribute to the development of partner-focused training programs for internal sales and support teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or account management within the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and related technologies.
  • Experience managing multiple partner relationships and increasing revenue.
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and Healthcare IT.
  • Management Certification through a healthcare industry professional organization such as: NAHAM, HFMA, AAHAM
