Job Description

You will report into the Delivery Manager.

What you will do:

  • Attend client workshops and support with eliciting relevant solution requirements
  • Assist delivery lead with client engagements from end-to-end
  • With support from delivery leads, communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed artefacts
  • Support with informative presentations of the solution delivered to other teams
  • Provide reports for the Project Manager which they can use to communicate project status to relevant parties, both internal and external.
  • Work on relevant issues ensuring all of them are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved promptly, escalating to the appropriate management.
  • Ensure specification and design of solutions meet defined needs, retaining compatibility with solution architectures

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in software delivery is desirable but not essential
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Good problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Experience with processes, applications and technology
  • Understanding of relevant technologies required for solutions delivery
  • Readiness to work with line manager to develop subject matter expertise to allow successful undertaking of software configuration activities using our in-house software packages

It would be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Working knowledge of XML/JSON.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
  • Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
  • Fraud industry knowledge
  • Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
