- Candidate should have a track of consistent program delivery over 5-8 years, across planning, budgets, execution and support
- Critical thinking mindset to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Technical background or partnering with technical stakeholders on creating tech and product architecture
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid foundational knowledge or experience in Scaled Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with identifying and generating metrics
- Stakeholder communication – Reports, RAID logs, etc.
- Good presentation skills – PPTs, newsletters, etc. (nice-to-have)

- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 8 years of professional experience across planning and budgets.
- Has expert knowledge/certification of Agile processes and can balance this with the requirements of a large organization still on its agile journey.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a large, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a financial services industry.
- Excellence in stakeholder management, conflict resolution and people leading.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects.
- Ability to interact professionally and confidently with colleagues at all levels with clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA) is required.
- Experience working with teams coding in Sales Force, JAVA, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and .Net
