Key responsibilities: "Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers Mentoring and guiding junior engineers Contributing to the design and development of new products and features Ensuring that engineering processes are followed Maintaining product quality Oversee project development, ensure code quality, and collaborate with other departments to meet project goals. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and integrate software components seamlessly."

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming language like Javascript, Typescript and Swift or Kotlin, Excellent in Flutter and Dart
  • Experience in APNS, Firebase Crashlytics, Bitrise or any CICD for Mobile apps.
  • Key skills include leadership, project management, technical expertise, problem-solving, and effective communication
  • Experience with modern unit testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of software engineering concepts such as design patterns, SOLID principles, polymorphism, and threading.
  • Hands on experience in AWS services
