Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group FP&A. You will be an important part of the Group FP&A Reporting team with involvement of some capacity across all important areas within the team. You will have a high level of exposure to senior management, including the Group Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Produce capex reports for month end, forecast, budget and strategy plan process
  • Participate in projects aiming to improve system usage of our Hyperion-based cube and our Digital Intelligence MI
  • Be the back-up for the team in KL to pursue capex analysis during UK hours
  • Produce ad hoc analysis for Cost and FTE. It includes and is not limited to Labour Analytics, compensation analysis, productivity decks and provide analysis for the Global Services trends and performance
  • Be curious and interested in the global allocation processes and become the natural go-to person to become the SME of the system and the processes.

Qualifications

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Experience post qualification in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience working in a complex global matrix organisational structure
  • Communicate with impact, instilling confidence and reassurance to senior stakeholders
  • Experience solving numerical problems with skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Hyperion
