Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Analyst who wants to help grow the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) Marketplace business. As a Sr. BA, you will consult directly with lender partners to manage their customer acquisition marketing strategies within the ECS platform, resulting in positive outcomes for both Experian users searching for financial products and lenders looking to acquire profitable new customers. You will also consult directly with these partners to improve their programs and grow on the ECS Marketplace platform. You will report to the Senior Director Product Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Expert in Boolean Search/writing SQL queries
  • Analytical and coding experience
  • Experience generating process documentation

Main Responsibilities

  • Critiques customer specifications. Develop project plans including program flows.
  • Implement partner criteria into campaign management tools.
  • Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
  • Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.
  • Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments.
  • Assess client requirements, positions company products and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years Customer Service-related experience (Client facing projects).
  • Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
