Job Description

Role Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, or AWS CodePipeline, along with a deep understanding of computer networking, load balancers, and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK. This role requires expertise in integrating various enterprise tools and developing secure, efficient CI/CD pipelines for a range of applications and services. Key Responsibilities: · Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Harness, or AWS CodePipeline. · Ensure pipelines include stages for unit testing, system integration testing, dynamic and static security scanning, and deployment. · Optimize pipelines for speed and efficiency without compromising security or reliability. · Integrate CI/CD pipelines with enterprise tools such as Jira, Aha, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. · Work with API Gateway and developer portals to facilitate seamless API integrations. · Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, ensuring scalable and secure cloud environments. · Create and manage pipelines for a variety of technologies including UI frameworks (Angular, React), and programming languages (Java, C#, Python) on AWS services like S3+CloudFront, Lambda, and EKS. · Mentor junior DevSecOps engineers and new graduates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. · Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to incorporate best practices and address security concerns throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications: · 5 to 10 years of experience in a DevSecOps engineering role. · Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, AWS CodePipeline). · Strong knowledge of computer networking, load balancers, and AWS services. · Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK. · Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control. · Experience integrating with enterprise tools (Jira, Aha, ServiceNow, Salesforce). · Knowledge of API Gateway and developer portal integrations. · Ability to develop pipelines for UI (Angular, React), Java, C#, and Python applications. · Strong understanding of security practices in pipeline development, including dynamic and static scanning. · Excellent mentoring skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize pipelines for efficiency.
