Job Description

As part of the Sales Operations team, the overall goal of the Sales Operations Specialist role is to improve the performance of a B2B sales organization. This person partners closely with sales, marketing and client services to support a variety of initiatives that drive the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support to customer facing teams including questions, troubleshooting issues and application resolution including Salesforce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and other sales processes and platforms, reports, and data quality.
  • Partners with and trains sales and client services teams to ensure high standards of data quality in Salesforce.
  • Develop training materials for new hires and continuing education on SF process and best practices.
  • Collaborates with the sales organization and other users to support Salesforce strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Works together with team members on shared responsibilities.
  • Lead routing
  • Billing requests
  • Data quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support/operations or sales role, preferably in B2B sales environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and electronic signature tools required.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tech stack is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales principals, sales cycle and process is preferred.
  • Superior communication, problem solving, and analytical skills, experience with presenting to management.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Competent in Excel, Power Point, Word

Additional Information

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
