Job Description

This exciting role is an important part of our Global HR people services team .

The HR Service Advisor has an important role in delivering an excellent experience to our global employees and managers, providing advice on HR policy, procedures and fulfilling requests.

What you’ll be doing

  • HR Service Advisor  is acting as the first point of contact for employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through self-service channels available. The HR Service  advisor  provides answers to frequent questions related to e.g., HR policies, processes and systems and executes  transactions unavailable through self-service. Complex queries may need to be escalated to specialists.
  • Complete requests from employees, creating written documents when required to meet regional laws or compliance
  • Be part of the team in planning and directing the establishment and administration of HR Shared Services in recruitment, staff processes, employee records and organizational change; assisting in developing appropriate systems and processes
  • Following process mapping and ensuring standard practices are implemented.
  • Provides regional support to the various HR Departments and be involve in developing processes and tools which facilitate the quality of administration
  • Meets defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent, and timely services.
  • Provide timely and effective services in various functions/ areas of HRSS in meeting the business needs and that of its stakeholders; ensure that HRSS meets or exceeds customer requirements.
  • Documenting inquiries through ticketing and case management solution
  • Leverage data insights to continuously monitor effectiveness of service delivery and to elevate the employee experience.
  • Responsible for identifying service issues, proactively proposing improvements, and leading or supporting the implementation of changes.

Qualifications

More about you

  • Preferably 2 – 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist
  • Be passionate and proud of delivering a great customer experience  -delighting our employees & manages
  • Experience in a HR Shared Services/ Delivery Centre environment would be an added advantage
  • Good command of the English Language; in both written and oral communication
  • Computer savvy in using MS Office; with knowledge of Oracle an added advantage
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail and data accuracy
  • Possess good team spirit and ability to work independently
  • Systematic with ability to initiate process improvements and “challenge” current practices and bring the necessary support to its stakeholders
