Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to be part of the Singapore Product Development function, supporting Singapore Credit Services business, who has a thirst for learning and growing within the Product development and support. This role is critical in supporting the function’s operations and helping achieve its objectives.

What you’ll need to bring to the party

  • Working experiences of developing web/windows application using programming languages such as C#, VB.Net,
  • ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Classic ASP and VB6.
  • With knowledge and understanding of stored procedure in relational database such as MS SQL or Oracle.
  • With knowledge and understanding on frontend frameworks such as Angular and JQuery (React and Vue.js will be added as an advantage).
  • Working experiences of developing Microservices and Restful API in container platform such as Kubernetes using .Net Core will be added as an advantage.
  • With knowledge and understanding of writing unit testing (Using Jenkins will be added as an advantage).

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Learn existing systems and applications through On Job Training.
  • Work closely with application development team and other teams on the application development related matters.
  • Provide Development & Support for existing systems and applications
  • Provide Solution Design for new business requirements.

Qualifications

More about you

 

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
  • 5 years of software engineering or software development experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with clients and business partners.
  • A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
  • Excellent coding skills.
  • Strong team building skills.
