Job Description

The Global Partnership Lead/Manager is an important appointment in a team with significant growth ambition. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships you will use your industry knowledge and your commercial skills to lead key relationships with existing Decisioning partners and drive commercial relationships with new vendors.

You will work closely with Regional Product, Client Success and Go to Market teams, across our geographic footprint, to expand our presence and assist regional stakeholders to deliver in two core areas: 

  1. Grow regional revenues by helping Commercial partners to power their client solutions with Experian’s suite of decisioning software.
  2. Identify and on-board great 3rd party capability to enhance that decisioning suite supporting the needs of the business through a period of accelerated growth

In line with the company objectives, your main responsibilities will include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage nominated existing global decisioning partner relationships to deliver long term mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
  • Identify and Initiate new partnership opportunities based on the GDSG strategic plan and regional/client requirements.
  • Collect regular feedback on existing activity and new partner need from Regional Product, Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships to Identify and grow new partner channels to market existing and new services.
  • Manage MI and KPI/Metric dashboard to monitor effectiveness of partner channels.
  • Contribute/lead Global/Regional stakeholder communication to update progress, challenge and opportunity in Partnerships.
  • Contribute to partner strategy in conjunction with Global/Regional stakeholders to inform both strategic planning and budget setting.
  • Manage within the proposed partner support model, covering technical, commercial, Third party risk, dispute resolution and delivery.
  • Ensure partners and clients have a smooth and harmonious experience of the partner process to drive increasing NPS advocacy.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts built from granular data and insight providing current and future market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Proven In-direct “Route to Market” Experience and Understanding
  • A thorough working knowledge of an Eco-system/Marketplace environment
  • Partner On-boarding and management in a regulated environment
  • Strong Customer Marketing Experience and Understanding
  • SaaS and or Decision Analytics industry experience
  • Experience of working with, and ability to influence internally and externally, multiple stakeholders (Sales, Client Success, Product)
  • Strong communication, presentation and time management skills
  • High personal drive, empathy, vision and hold a naturally inquisitive nature.
  • Will suit someone, who holds all the core capability, looking to step up to the next stage in their career
