What you’ll be doing
Partner Solutions team is a fast growing, entrepreneurial B2B2C organization within Experian. In support of achieving our aggressive growth targets, we are hiring a Business Development Manager for our vigorously growing Business Development group.
We need a Business Development manager who can ramp quickly, motivate the team to achieve their goals, and evolve our processes. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working cross functionally. You should be able to communicate candidly – to executive, peers, and direct reports. You are a pro at prioritizing and organizing your time. You lead with empathy and care about your team’s personal growth. Above all, you will partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive outbound pipeline generation for Experian Partner Solutions.
·Recruit and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and create a culture of continued success and goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training
·You will coach and mentor BDRs and have genuine passion to facilitate overall growth of your teams both personally and professionally
·Partner closely with marketing and sales leaders to optimize our end-to-end process
·Support BDRs by call coaching and providing feedback on calls and email cadences
· Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly meetings with BDR team and sales/marketing leadership team
·Establish and track BDR team metrics and report data to leadership
- Identify strategic partner and platform sales prospects and manage relationships to facilitate the sales process
- Demonstrated ability to articulate expertise within our marketing initiatives
- Educate prospects on Experian’s value proposition and differentiation, resulting in our ability to build long term valued and revenue generating relationships
- Help Identify market trends and translating these into prospecting priorities
What your background looks like
·4-7 years in a sales role; within industry preferred
·2-4 years of prior sales management experience
·You are Proficient in CRM + prospecting tools e.g., SFDC, SalesLoft Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and bring deep understanding of prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and qualifying
·Proficiency in highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics
·Proven experience in a sales management role or a comparable leadership development program and have sold an Enterprise Saas Product or in the financial industry
·B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of crafting and encouraging an exciting team culture
·Furthers a culture of innovation and learning
·Experience managing remote teams is a plus!
