Job Description

Entry level position focused on servicing our domestic customers. This is a dynamic, growing team.  Strong training program to develop skillset and provide opportunity for advancement.  

Hours: M-F 11am-8pm

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
  • Manager service providers for accurate and timely performance
  • Adhere to customer SOP's and provide proactive communication
  • Some warehouse duties including forklift operation, freight check-in, and truck loading/unloading
  • Manage and maintain inventory for specific customers
  • Contribute to and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Meet both company and US compliance standards at all times 
  • Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policies

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree 
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Team Oriented
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic US/Global Geography 
  • Fluent in English
