Job Description

The Healthcare Compliance Administrative support provides administrative and clerical support to the Healthcare Compliance function through document control, training administration, reporting, meeting coordination and record management

  • Maintain Healthcare compliance files, records, registers, trackers, and databases in accordance with document retention requirements.
  • Support GDP document control activities by ensuring current versions of procedures, forms, SOPs, and work instructions are distributed and archived appropriately.
  • Maintain Healthcare/GDP compliance folders, shared repositories, and administrative tools used by the district.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for healthcare customers and maintain associated compliance records.
  • Maintain CAPA logs, action-item trackers, and follow-up records to support timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance metrics, dashboards, reports, presentations, and management review materials.
  • Maintain records related to customer notifications, product incidents, shipment issues, and quality-related communications.
  • Coordinate communication between district operations, account managers, Healthcare Compliance Representatives, and regional Healthcare teams.

Qualifications

  • Software proficiency -MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional attitude and attire that exemplifies the Expeditors Culture
  • English language proficiency
