Job Description
Purpose: Implementing winning sales management strategies with focus on specific accounts to achieve preset financial targets, sustain productivity standards & customer satisfaction and loyalty objectives ; and to uncover & qualify new customer requirements & business opportunities
for customer penetration & market share expansion.
Take ownership of designated corporate accounts of the company and play a leading role in serving and developing these accounts;
Achieve budgeted revenue targets, account shares objectives, and customer satisfaction goals;
Develop winning strategies for designated corporate accounts according to the global & regional business directions from respective GAMs & RAMs as well as the latest local customer profile analyses regularly updated by country account owner regarding customer requirements, market
trends, competition’s activities, account share changes, and others;Perform account transition, retention and penetration of designated corporate accounts along the team selling process;
Ensure compliance of preset service operation plan, service commitment, and productivity standards so as to maximize customer retention;
Co-ordinate and collaborate closely with other Expeditors origin & destination offices to perform and meet the different requirements of corporate accounts;
Uncover new customer requirements, qualify potential opportunities, and solicit new businesses through consultative and solution selling;
Build and develop strategic relationship with designated corporate
accounts through industry knowledge based selling so as to maximize our
involvement in customers’ logistics decisions.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven account management.
- Experience in global logistics with high customer focus, action-oriented & excellent communication & presentation skills to look for a the best practice solution through negotiation.
