Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead and drive a consistent, high-performing District Sales Program. This role focuses on building a strong District Sales Team, attracting and closing local accounts, and ensuring sustainable business growth within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the District Sales strategy to secure A, B, and C accounts.
- Create, implement, and monitor the District Sales Plan.
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure successful execution of the sales plan.
- Manage a minimum of ten personal target accounts independently.
- Actively develop personal business while supporting District Sales Executives in the field.
- Monitor DSE sales calls, leads, and revenue performance by customer.
- Ensure smooth transition and review of new accounts with operations for retention.
- Drive product initiatives and blitz programs in collaboration with operations.
- Coach and mentor direct reports for professional and personal growth.
- Conduct scorecard reviews for each District Sales Executive.
- Review department goals and sales plans periodically to ensure alignment and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience.
