Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order and inventory administration, ensuring accurate data entry for receiving, allocation, shipping, and inventory records.
- Act as the key liaison between customers, warehouse teams, and vendors, supporting smooth operations, order tracing, issue escalation, and strong partner relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and billing, including customer orders, operational reports, invoicing, claims, damages, and backorders.
- Maintain compliance and operational excellence, adhering to internal standards (OPS) and external regulations while supporting continuous improvement and special projects.
Qualifications
· Understanding transportation process of all models is a plus
· Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)
· Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training
· Excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional manner
· Positive and willing to help attitude
· Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely obtain positive results
