Job Description

This is a full-time trade compliance analyst role based in Malaysia to support day-to-day trade compliance execution activities. The role is highly process-driven, focusing on accurate, timely execution of routine trade compliance tasks to support ongoing business operations. The role is designed to support trade operations through accurate, consistent execution of established compliance processes. The role involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and systems and includes administrative and data-management responsibilities. The successful candidate must be well-organized and detail oriented.

Job Specific Tasks and Duties

  • Daily trade operations support including data entry, facilitating the execution of administrative activities,
  • compilation of reports, and project-specific operations in accordance with established procedures and service‑level expectations
  • Review transaction‑level information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements
  • Identify execution issues, discrepancies, or exceptions and escalate in line with defined protocols
  • Prepare routine operational reports, trackers, and documentation to support trade operations
  • Perform administrative and data management tasks related to trade compliance workflows
  • Carry out additional operational duties as assigned to support regional trade compliance activities

Qualifications

 

  • Diploma or Degree, ideally in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business, or International Trade;
  • Show good judgment, integrity, curiosity, vision, attitude & confidence;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft® Word and Microsoft® Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
