Job Description

  1. To fully inform customers about inbound shipments and arrival notice eg. By sending pre-alert and answer general telephone inquiries professionally.

  2. To trace & track shipments with airlines and overseas branches for smooth operations.

  3. To check customers’ credit line and the term with issued report.

  4. To assist on following-up payment from customers especially non-credit accounts.

  5. To handle claims and PNC to airline.

  6. To assist in solving consol settlement problems and Break-bulk clerk workload.

  7. To coordinate with sales and oversea branches for correct rates quoted to customers.

  8. To follow up Delivery Order from Airport.

  9. To authorize release of correct freights to respective customers and fully check the customer’s credit limits.

  10. To check, review and verify inbound documents.

  11. To input event codes as per Operation Process Standard.

  12. To reply overseas for shipment tracking.

  13. To generate billing of invoices for shipment customs clear through Expeditors.

  14. To act as customs clearance coordinator between customers, terminal operators and brokerage team.

  15. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • University graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.

  • Good communication in English.

  • Typing skills and computer literacy.
