Job Description

 

  1. To provide administrative assistance to Account Management Department which includes but not limited to:

    a. Assist Department Manager & team members for presentation set up including preparing presentation material,  data, statistics.

    b. Preparing quotation in a way necessary to conform to the standard practices and   assist in RFQ.

    c. Assist the team members in different kinds of filing.

  2. To assist Department Manager & team members as the ‘Backup’ in handling simple customer inquiries, simple bidding requests, and co-ordinate with the Customer Service teams & Operations teams from different products to resolve simple problems.

  3. To prepare cargo tracking report for designated accounts when required, checking shipment status for reporting using ETMS, CFIT, E.XPO, etc.; assist in updating, creating DLSOP for designated account.

  4. To assist Department Manager & team members in consolidating, reviewing, and generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for designed account for various purposes.

  5. To assist Department Manager & team members in performing customer service reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, and making analysis for the designated accounts.

  6. To assist Department Manager & team members in handling some of the offshore shipments, coordinate with different branch offices to perform and meet the Corporate Account different requirements.

  7. To assist in providing and updating product information, market information, and competitors’ information.

  8. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or related fields. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in
  • freight forwarding industry. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very customer minded and detail oriented.
  • General PC knowledge dealing with e-mail and Windows applications
