Job Description
As an Order Management Operations Agent, you’ll be the backbone of smooth freight movement and exceptional customer service. Your mission: ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while building strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Manage end-to-end order and freight processes with precision and speed.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in operating systems.
- Track and monitor shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Handle intercompany invoicing and payment processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and global standards.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous optimization.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate issues promptly and resolve them with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of transportation processes; hazardous materials knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
