Job Description
Provide operational support and process export documentation (billing invoices, reports and airway
bill) accurately and promptly to achieve OPS objective and meet airlines departure.
1. Process export documentation accurately and timely for customers and meet Customers/OPS
requirements and Airlines flight departure cut off.
2. Ensure all documentations (billing invoices, reports, AWBs, etc.) are complete, scan in e.doc,
properly indicated and accompany with shipments.
3. Ensure all shipments checklists are completed, scanned, filed and attached with the shipments as
per IATA rules and regulations.
4. Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations
and directives, as required.
5. Ensure DAYEND are run at end of the day.
6. Ensure all ETMS events data and AMSINF are update timely and accurately to meet OPA
objective.
7. Ensure all shipments pre-alert documentations are send to customers and destination offices
promptly.
8. Co-ordinate with Airlines terminal and warehouse vendor staff for any shipment dispute,
discrepancy and etc.
9. Communicate with CS of any issues pertaining to rates, destination and shipping instruction
errors.
10. Provide 24hrs service to include after office hours, holidays and weekends for Urgent/AOG shipments arrangements.
11. Required to perform shift work and rostered duties
12. Take up additional tasks as required meeting department’s needs.
Qualifications
Tertiary graduate with or without related experience
Embrace willingness to learn attitude and problem solving mentality
