Scope of Position

Manages distribution product for the branch. The distribution manager seeks new distribution services opportunities and cooperates with sales to turn new opportunities into profitable business. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales activities, Preparing Scope & Rates
• Preparation and implementation of the SOP
• Customer retention
• Operational, training and other activities
• Provide necessary information to accounting to produce monthly client P&L

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures
• Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to customers and employees at all levels.
• Experience with MS Windows, MS Office Products

Requirements : 

• Sales and market development for outsourcing warehousing activities
• Commercial proposals to scope and price warehousing projects
• Warehousing Operations Management experience
• Understanding of Warehouse Technology including WMS, Warehouse Infrastructure etc
• Experience in Stock/Inventory Management for high level of stock accuracy
• Experience in 3rd party Logistics Operations
• Experience in sourcing 3rd party logistics services and quoting
• Familiar with Lean Principles
