Duties and responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Technology:
• Provide technical support to branch users and perform troubleshooting on endpoint devices, software applications, servers and network
• Supports in identifying, evaluating and implementing Infrastructure solutions which would enhance productivity and user experience
• Assists in IT procurement process
Enterprise Data & Analytics:
• Provide technical support on Expeditors business operating systems and manage support requests that come within the region through incident management tool
• Helps to increase branch productivity by identifying processes that could be improved or automated and by developing an approved solution (tools, workflow monitors, etc.)
• Setting up and modifying reports using reporting applications for internal users as well as customers
Compliance:
• Responsible for 100% compliance on Expeditors IS Operational Process Standards at branch
• Adhere to Cybersecurity policies implemented globally

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Possess good knowledge in IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, etc.
• Basic programming skills using SQL, Python, VBScript or JavaScript
• Understanding of logistics & supply chain operations (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
