Job Description

  • To assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • To handle and ensuring submission of leave forms and supporting documents, e.g Emergency Leaves, Medical Certificates, Unpaid Leaves and etc.
  • To check and verify the monthly department attendance report and overtime claim form submission.
  • To handle and coordinate the interview arrangements as well as updating the candidate’s database.
  • To handle and administer the record for medical, hospitalization and insurance claims.
  • To monitoring of servicing office equipment such as Air-Conditioners, Photocopiers, Fire Extinguishers, Pest Control, Security System, Water Purifiers, Forklift and etc.
  • To handle all matters relating to purchases of fixed assets, office supplies and other products and services required in daily operations, e.g., office stationery, printing of business cards, paper, forms, envelopes, packing materials, repair and maintenance and etc.
  • To monitor, check and verify Admin Department’s invoices and entry the data to Accounting system.
  • To assist and coordinate the training related tasks/matters in the branch.
  • To handle the branch travel administration and ensure compliance to the company policy.
  • To provide clerical support to the Administration Department and to take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience in similar position.
  • Good knowledge of computer and MS Office applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset.
