To manage P&L performance for the Project & Energy Services department in SIN district.

To develop sales & engagement strategy, drive operations excellence for PES growth through partnering with Sales, Account Management & respective Product Teams for all PES opportunities and executions.

To spear head Projects scope of work vendors and carriers onboarding.

To manage the performance of Carriers and Service Providers (SP) for price competitiveness and service quality.

To mentor the PES team members within the district to ensure adequate competency to perform Boots-on-the-Ground functions on site, which include liaising and coordinating with customers & SPs for operations/executions on site.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop the right pricing strategy with Carriers & SPs catering to market sentiments and customer expectations
2. Support Sales, Account Management & Product Teams to develop solutions involving odd-size/heavylift cargoes and select the right Carrier & SP for best-in-class executions. Support sales & retention calls involving PES opportunities.
3. Maintain strict discipline during project executions at customer facilities or public places, and be responsible for the conduct & behavior of SPs on site.

University graduate with 3 years’ freight operations experience or Diploma graduate with 5 years’ freight experience.

Other Skills

1. Good working knowledge in carrier terminologies, risk assessment & risk control strategies and good appreciation of the oil & gas and project sector.

2. Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-Mail, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

3. Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
