We are seeking the services of someone to organise our FCL & LCL pickups and deliveries.

You will be responsible for:

• Timeslot Requests

• Sending EDO’s to Trucking companies

• Ensuring Cargo is clear

• Managing Diaries

• Liaise with Warehouse & Drivers

• Organising LCL pickup and deliveries

• FCL Scheduling

• Organise quarantine directions with our customs brokers

• Some knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, import/export and transport/warehousing

• Strong sense of commitment & confidence

• Customer service oriented & attention to detail

• Attitude to get it done, and get it done well

• Able to work in a team environment

• Good Computer Skills

• Problem solve and offer solutions to suit customer requirements
