Job Description

  • To proactively maintain & improve the level of customer service for our customers
  • Managing customers daily expectation
  • Managing & monitoring data to ensure shipments move without incident  
  • Understand our customers’ business and strategy
  • Becoming an trusted adviser the customer’s
  • Provide one point of contact for customer liaison
  • Purchase order management & order follow ups
  • Developing and maintaining Customers SOP
  • Producing quotations & costing
  • Problem solving
  • Supporting shipment flow – airfreight, ocean freight, customs, transport
  • Attend customer visits when required
  • Effective time management
  • Perform administration tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent business qualifications
  • Proficient in Word & Excel
  • Minimum two years industry experience
  • Ability to create/write customer requirements clearly for use by other Expeditor employees
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
