Our employees provide key services including HS classification, free trade agreement qualification, valuation, import and export compliance assessment, duty recovery and minimization, document creation and management, and Authorised Economic Operator implementation. Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a key role in our TradeDesk Department. In this dynamic position, you will be primarily responsible for the export operations for our TradeDesk customers.

  • Supervise, support and ensure compliance with Tradewin and regulatory standards 
  • Ensure we are meeting client’s expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
  • Monitor metrics and reporting, develop solutions to ensure compliance
  • Drive process efficiency and improvement
  • Work closely with Tradewin management and support where needed

Qualifications

3-5 years of Brokerage, Logistics, and/or Compliance ExperienWorking knowledge of HS Classification and Trade Documentation

  • Licensed Customs Broker a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication 
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have English and Dutch speaking and written proficiency.
