OVERALL PURPOSE

• Create systems, tools, and analytics to support a Quality Management System

• Provide Development Support for deployed tools for Operations

• Pursue, support, & drive efficiency and consistency 

• Increase customer and employee satisfaction 

• Drive growth opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to a global operational mission to create and protect the
  pursuit of a Best in Class operation
• Develop workflows and reporting that drive our business processes
• Be responsible for the forward movement and success of all
  technical projects tied to business needs  
• Create user and technical support documentation around all created
  tools and reporting  
• Manage, monitor, and provide quality assurance on all created tools
  and reporting
• Provide data governance tools and visibility to drive consistency across platforms
  quality including event and exception management
• Utilize Project Management Application to maintain project list
  capturing status, timeliness, priorities and future projects and be able to
  provide this update to the reporting structure for this position
• Lead Global Business Operations and development to ensure that the
  tools and processes designed are aligned with our core systems and are
  developed properly on a scalable level

•  Experience creating vsuals and analytics with MSFT Power BI

• Strong knowledge of Angular

• Experience with NgRx

• SQL Database (i.e. DB2,
  SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)

• C# (preferred)

• Strong Analytical Skills & ability to self-teach needed programming technologies

• Prefer a full stack developer (database to front end)
