Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely movement of clients domestic shipments
  • Service provider selection and relationship management
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
  • Proactively solution shipments for success
  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing
  • Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
  • Work closely and constructively with team members 
  • Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Customer Service: 6 months to 1 year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate concisely to obtain positive results
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Service oriented, shows initiative, and works with a sense of urgency
