Job Description
- Maintain all payroll data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond timely and professionally to employee questions and issues
- Prepare documentation as requested by auditors
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Process payroll changes and maintain timekeeping system
- Entry Level 0-2 years experience
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Mid-level knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, follow through and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
- Work without close supervision
- Strong work ethic and team player
