Tradewin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Expeditors, is an innovative, growth-orientated global trade firm providing consulting services to businesses in a wide variety of industry sectors. We are currently looking to fill a key role in Tradewin’s European practice.

The offered position is Consultant. The Consultant will be engaged in a wide variety of compliance-related functions, including:

• Import and Export HS Classification

• Denied Party Screening

• Free Trade Agreement Qualification

• Declaration Auditing

• Customs Data Review and Analysis

General Job Requirements

• Maintain complete and accurate records on client projects

• Participate in improving and documenting internal processes

• Participate in development and continuous improvement of Tradewin products

• Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers

• Provide Support and Oversight to Tradewin Service Center Team Members

Applicant Qualifications

• Experience in HS Classification is preferred

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

• Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, Dutch, German, or French is a plus.

• Ability to manage a diverse workload and engage in an innovative cross-functional team environment with excellent writing skills (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, style, spelling, consistency, and attention to detail)

• Computer Skills (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

• Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to Travel 

• Superior analytical skills

This position will be based in Bucharest-Otopeni, reporting to Tradewin’s Principal based in London.
