District Sales Executive

Job Description

1. To generate sales NRC under yearly sales budget.
2. To be responsible for a designated territory management within BJS area completely
3. To initiative and organize sales plan based on preset revenue target and productivity standard;
4. To implement disciplined sales activities as per global standard,
5. To apply sales technique to promote all products and explore different business development opportunity;
6. To gather market information and share with team members;
7. To assist and coordinate with specific projects as required to meet the Company'sgoals and objectives.
8. In conjunction with local management team, you will also be responsible for
proposing customized logistic solutions to the customer, closing business,and implementation and retention of business.

Qualifications

• University graduate or college graduate with previous sales experience is a plus, preferably candicate has working experience in forwarding and logistics industry;
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, CET 6 or above is preferred;
• Be willing to be a team player, independent, aggressive, positive, & can-do attitude
•  Displayed sense of urgency, attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.
•  Computer literature;

Additional Information

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage and organize work efforts to exceed sales plan as developed in

conjunction with local management.

- Achieve sales goals through hands-on market planning, personal sales execution and development of business relationships with key customers, new business and retention.

- Maintain constant familiarization of product offerings and developments.

- Research and maintain current information regarding.

- To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company's needs.
