Expath combines award-winning global mobility services and innovative language training to provide Berlin’s international residents with all the skills, tools and information they need to set up life in their new home city. 

Founded in 2012, Expath now provides global mobility and language training services to some of Berlin’s largest and most successful start-ups and tech firms - helping 1000s of expats relocate to Germany every year!

Our expertise and hands-on friendly customer service are known throughout Berlin, which is why we’ve quadrupled in the past two years – and still growing!

As we are constantly growing we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: You’ll assist the hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process runs smoothly as a breeze. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

How you will meet this challenge:

• Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media

• Tracking open positions using recruiting software.

• Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.

• Conducting initial phone screenings/interviews.

• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.

• Support with the onboarding process

What you’ll bring:

• Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle - previous experience in a similar role is a huge bonus;

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written;

• A high level of goal and customer orientation and self-motivation

• You have at least B2+ German and C1+ English 

• Your time management is superior, independent work is no problem for you and you are able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
