As a data scientist, you'll be at the heart of problem-solving, developing real-world Machine Learning (ML) solutions within our enterprise products. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Model Development: Design, build, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models. 
• Model Deployment: Collaborate with Machine Learning and Data Engineers to deploy models into production environments. 
• Algorithm Optimization: Utilize ML/DL/NLP/Computer Vision algorithms to optimize and enhance the performance of our automation platform. 
• Research and Development: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ML and NLP. Evaluate and integrate new methodologies and technologies that can provide a competitive edge.
• Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate in-depth expertise with ML libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) is highly valued. 
• Innovation and Ownership: Display a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects with limited guidance and push the boundaries of innovation within the team. 

 Key Qualifications 

• MS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields. 
• 5+ years’ experience in delivering ML solutions to Production environments 
• Advanced skills in programming languages (particularly Python) for data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and monitoring 
• Strong expertise in ML/DL/NLP/Computer Vision algorithms, especially in the area of Transformer and with a keen emphasis on NLP techniques 
• Experience with ML libraries like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc. 

Nice to Have's

• In-depth knowledge of DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras 
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLM) is a notable advantage 
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with limited guidance 
• Demonstrated ability to work in the Agile development process
• Ph.D. is a preferred 
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus 
• Experience in Azure a plus 
• Experience building an enterprise class business automation solution a plus
