Job Description

 

  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair, and small construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

  • Log and track maintenance requests, technical works, and minor projects.

  • Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants, managing schedules, deliverables, and project timelines.

  • Maintain organized records, including contracts, warranties, permits, drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance logs.

  • Assist in obtaining quotations, evaluating proposals, and coordinating vendor appointments.

  • Track service agreements, ensure compliance, and monitor project budgets.

  • Prepare and maintain status reports, project updates, and technical documentation for management review.

  • Organize meetings, property inspections, and other project-related activities.

  • Ensure health & safety regulations, building codes, and insurance requirements are met.

  • Support senior management with correspondence, reports, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related discipline) will be considered an advantage but is not required.

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.

  • Proven experience in facilities management, construction coordination, property administration, or a related field

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities independently

  • Familiarity with construction processes, technical drawings, and project documentation

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Fluent in Greek and English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
