Job Description

  • Refine and drive the global PSP (Payment System Provider) footprint strategy 

  • Collaborate and develop existing relationships across PSP (Payment System Provider) partner network and ensuring upkeep of solutions 

  • Manage all PSP onboarding and offboarding activities 

  • Establish and maintain robust processes and procedures to manage the PSP portfolio across the entire PSP lifecycle 

  • Understand the business and establish solution to best leverage the complete payment structure (including Crypto) and client experience with payments 

  • Partner with Commercial and operations teams to plan a roadmap of solutions needed across brands and markets  

  • Lead and drive the company’s crypto payments strategy 

  • Research, identify, outreach, perform Due Diligence, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment solutions working with integrations team on commercials readiness  

  • Act as liaison with partner until go live, after which integrations team will manage ongoing relationship  

  • KPIs: Coverage of solutions, success rates, settlements, and cost efficiency  

  • Performs regular competition research and analysis  

  • It is important that you are driving the company’s vision and understand the bigger picture. Your role will also be to share this with your teams, so they too understand the organization strategy and their own impact to the company’s success.  

  • You will support with shaping, influencing, and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team, to ensure KPI’s are met  

  • As an authentic leader, you will empower your teams to collaborate with others and to deliver on the teams KPI’s  

  • You will develop the team’s skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encouraging their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunities  

  • As the change champion for your team, you will ensure that team are aware of any changes, and these are understood and embedded across the team  

  • You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management are addressed 

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage  

  • Fluency in English with upper level is required (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered as an advantage  

  • Previous experience in any Payment provider/Financial institution/Payment institution is a must 

  • Understanding of how payment systems, acquiring, settlements work is a must 

  • Experience within Brokerage environment is an advantage 

  • Understanding of using crypto currencies as payment method in both B2B and B2C setting 

  • Computer literate – very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Outlook  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress  

  • Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage   

  • Previous experience in corporate management/administration will be considered as an advantage  

  • Must be detail and result oriented, analytical, and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively  

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities.   

  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.   

  • Provide expertise and support to commercial, customer support, and Partners teams regarding successful ratio of the implementation of various payment solutions with key strategic partners and merchants  

  • Utilize expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company success  

  • Have experience of managing a team and being involved in all parts of the employee life-cycle  

  • Ability to translate the overall company strategy and apply to the direction of your team   

  • Developed teams to create an environment of continuous learning and enhance engagement  

  • Leading a team to ensure that KPI’s are met and to the level required
