Job Description

  • As a Processor you will be Responsible for transactions processing; Monitoring the correct workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems);
  • You will be responsible for the full processing life cycle and ensure that any issues and challenges are addressed to Line Manager
  • You will be required for customer relationship management: coordinate with clients for orders, payments and issue resolution;It is important that you are in constant contact with our payment providers and financial institutions to ensure we have ongoing smooth process
  • It is important to Handle both internal and external customers' inquiries regarding payments through e-mails and other internal systems and check supportive documents
  • As a Processing Officer you will be responsible to contact Payment Providers and various vendors to solve clients’ concerns and issues regarding Payments journey
  • You will be Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth transfer of information
  • You may be required to prepare and present reports to the management

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage. 
  • Fluency in English with upper level is required (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered as an advantage 
  • Previous experience in any Payment provider/Financial institution/Payment institution is an advantage
  • Understanding of how payment processing, payment systems, acquiring, settlements work is an advantage
  • Computer literate –very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Outlook 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress 
  • Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage  
  • Previous experience in corporate management/administration will be considered as an advantage 
  • Must be detail and result oriented, analytical, and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities.
