• Provides operational advice and leadership to the close protection team.
• Leads and coordinates security coverage for the Principal's working office, personal residence, and business trips.
• Implements and maintains effective security measures to deter threats and ensure the Principal's security and wellbeing.
• Acts as the primary escort for the Principal during official travels, ensuring all security requirements are met
• Coordinates with units, departments, and public forces to assess threat levels and political climate for destinations.
• Identifies capability gaps and recommends improvements.
• Monitors team equipment and ensures proper maintenance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Professionalism: has minimum 3 years of experience on CPTL position. Possesses excellent knowledge of close protection techniques and relevant military, police, or security expertise. Demonstrates analytical skills and the ability to assess threats. Effectively coordinates close protection operations and manages stress. Displays professionalism, competence, and dedication to the job.
• Teamwork: Collaborates with colleagues to achieve organizational goals. Values others' input and supports team decisions. Shares credit for accomplishments and takes responsibility for shortcomings.
