Job Description

  • Handling Strategic partners' incoming support queries efficiently and timely.
  • Executing key partnership payments efficiently and timely, with accuracy.
  • Undertaking the technical setup and coordination of Strategic Partners accesses.
  • Coordinate amongst departments to ensure smooth Strategic partners onboarding and their operation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments regarding promotional content and overall presentation of the partnership program, as well as ensuring that necessary approvals/checks are in place for new offerings
  • Responsible to generate and maintain adequate reports and presentations relating to Strategic partners and Promotions.
  • Monitor and evaluate Strategic partners' activities through several channels and provide timely updates and recommendations.
  • Responsible to test any new products / systems to ensure proper setup prior to launch.
  • Responsible to coordinate and/or conduct Trainings/Inductions for Strategic partner employees.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • English fluency in both written and spoken is a must
  • Strong analytical/numerical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to swiftly assimilate new information and concepts.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Keep positive work attitude and dedication at work

Desirable:

  • Additional language is an advantage
  • University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field)
