Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to deliver detailed sales and communications work. This representative will work to ensure the accurate and timely processing of clients’ data.

Salary range: $40000 - $47000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and activities.

  • Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counselling approach is required.

  • Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries.

  • Review and analyze sales data.

  • Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.

  • Resolve consumer and client issues.

  • Perform routine, detailed sales updates

  • Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.

  • Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations

  • Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

  • Intermediate level proficiency using PC ( G suite, Excel, and Word)

  • Possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills to make sure all projects are completed timely.

  • Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.
