Job Description

We are looking for a talented Promotions Agent to join our company. This full-time position will be best suited for a team-spirited, skilled, and proactive person who can engage the target audience. Our ideal candidate must pay close attention to details and grasp project requirements instantly. They will have the confidence to instruct and lead members of the Promotions team.

Salary range: $36000 - $46000 per year.


  • Utilize your impeccable communication skills to interpret and understand the client’s needs and likes.

  • Share information about a service or product using interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows when necessary.

  • Delivering information with the correct concept and style according to the target market.

  • Setting up and managing a display area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.

  • Assisting customers with the correct information according to their questions and requirements.

  • Demonstrating the features of a service or product to potential customers.

  • Encourage Promotion team members, including communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.

  • Complete work before the deadline for each work assigned expires.


  • Creativity - persuasive guiding to sell the idea or product quickly with the use of simple, understandable language.

  • Promoting or Marketing skills.

  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.

  • Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Comfortable working individually and in teams.

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft office suite programs.

  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment.

  • Attention to detail and confidence in multi-tasking.
