Job Description

Our Corporate Communications Coordinator will develop and execute communications and sales activities to promote the visibility and positive image, its work and mission as well as marketing activities. Communicates internal announcements and initiatives to help the entire stay in the know.

Salary range: $42000 - $52000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategies. 

  • Provides supervision and direction to staff and works in conjunction with the marketing department.

  • Aids in the preparation of presentations geared towards targeted audiences.

  • Assists in marketing budget development and cost tracking.

  • Acts as liaison to and maintains positive relationships with other interested parties.

  • Monitors sales activity and external communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field preferred.

  • Ability to balance a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience with social listening and brand management tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Previous  experience in managing business communications or scholarly publishing industry is an asset.

  • Phenomenal written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Willingness to be an active, productive member of a high-performing team.
