Data Analyst/Data Entry Analyst.

We are currently hiring for a Data Analyst/Data Entry Analyst. This position is a contract position with the opportunity of extensions.

Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and manipulation of multiple data sources utilizing Excel; will require use of VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, and advanced filtering and sorting techniques.

• Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders

• Generation of template files and downloading and pre-processing of multiple datasets in Excel.

• Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly.

• Other responsibilities may be assigned with time.

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be proficient working in a Windows environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
