Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Investor Relations team.  This position offers a strong base salary, bonus, and excellent benefits.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Description

· Heavy meeting scheduling

· Responsible for tracking investor calls, meetings, prospect mail box and other departmental processes

· Preparing meeting materials

· Travel arrangements

· Multiple phone line coverage

· Assist with planning and execution for both internal and client events

· Scanning, filing and organizing various documents

· Preparing expense reports for the department

· Assistance with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

· 2-5 years of solid administrative experience with track record of professional success; financial services

experience strongly preferred but not essential

· BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance

· Knowledge of Microsoft office products with emphasis on Outlook

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Experience with event planning is highly preferred

· Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines

· Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work

· Maturity and high degree of professionalism
